Charlie Warwick

Charlie joined 1334 aged 13 1/2 which at the time was the youngest age a cadet could join and he has been here ever since.

He rose up the Cadet ranks to the highest available, Cadet Warrant Officer which is appointed by Wing. This is the only cadet rank that a squadron cannot appoint. The Squadron makes a  recommendation and then Wing Headquarters perform personal in-depth interviews before confirming the rank.

Charlie has now become a Civilian Instructor and has taken on many roles including the Part Task Trainer which is a computer based flight simulator and can be seen teaching the new cadets with help from our Sergeants who are also in this section.
