1334 Squadron is staffed by Uniformed and civilian staff who have all undergone rigorous ATC Training, testing and passed the required classifications, as well as stringent checks by the MOD, RAF and the Disclosure and Barring Service at enhanced level. They volunteer their services and time to the Squadron, on top of their own careers. Some of the staff have a military background and some were once members of a Squadron as cadets. It's a sense of "Giving back" their skills to a new generation.
