UK Camps & Visits
Every year there are several camps that you apply to attend including operational RAF Stations such as RAF Coningsby and RAF Waddington. You will be staying close to the RAF and there is a chance you will spend some time with the Red Arrows or the historic Battle of Britain Memorial flight. Some people see the Spitfire, Hurricane and Lancaster flying overhead. You can get close enough to touch and sometimes climb inside. There's other opportunities such as staying with the Army at Wattisham Airfield and getting inside an Apache Attack Helicopter. We also have adventure training camps where you can go to our very own Air Cadet training Centre in Wales to partake in rack-climbing, paddle sports etc. The Wing Multi Activity Camp gives you a chance to be with over 100 cadets and take part in activities like mountain biking, orienteering, archery, shooting, ceremonial drill,. paddle boarding, fieldcraft,
